The fit and fun health challenge begins in New York City on May 1st. Get ready, people; especially you senior citizens! The challenge is to walk thirty minutes a day every day from May 1st until June 30th. Are you up to it?
The fit and fun program calls for walking 30 minutes a day every day for six weeks. Your are encouraged to log your time spent walking and see your progress. You’ll be very proud of yourself at the end of the challenge.
