The Wayne Center for Nursing & Rehabilitation hosts bi-monthly Senior Task Force meetings. These meetings are comprised of seniors from the community who want to learn more about all of the services offered by The Wayne Center. The Senior Task Force provides vital medical information pertaining to the well being of seniors. It also empowers our community seniors through lectures, seminars and updates of community events that are happening throughout the Bronx. The mission of the Senior Task Force is to provide health related information and resources to community seniors with the goal of improving their health and wellness. Mr. Jay McKenzie, co-chair, has been a member of the Senior Task Force since its inception 8 years ago.
