Getting our residents back to their utmost everyday fucntioning is Split Rock’s No. 1 priority.
Our rehab facility is designed to help resident’s function on their own, as independently as possible, within the community. To begin the recovery process at Split Rock, upon admission a therapist will perform a comprehensive evaluation of the resident, in which they evaluate posture, range of motion, functional movement, pain at rest and pain with activity, and overall strength. The therapist then works with the patient and their family to develop an individualized treatment plan based on each patient’s specific goals for returning as close as possible, to their pre-injury state.
